How does a patient register?

Patient can register via mobile app on Google Play/Apple store.

How does a doctor or health professional register?

Doctor or health professional can register only via website (www.patientonthego.com).  Doctors can’t register via mobile app.

Does patient need to pay for registration?

Patient must pay fee to access the account; however, doctor’s login is free.  

How does a patient access the website (www.patientonthego.com)?

Patients have free access to website with same login details as mobile app.

How do I monitor health data?

You need to login on the app, select icons and make entries to monitor health.

Can I make data entries on the website (www.patientonthego.com)?

Yes, on the selected icon on mobile app, you can make entries on both mobile app and webpage.

How do I generate health report?

Health report will be generated automatically on webpage.

How can I access health report?

+

You need to login on the website (www.patientonthego.com) to access health report. 

How can I share health report with health professionals?

You need go to my account, generate the access code and share it with professionals.

Can I amend health report to share with health professionals?

Yes, you can select icons on monitoring and blood test to present in health report, while diagnoses, procedures, medications and immunisations icon can't be changed.

Can I restore the deleted data from amended health report?

Yes, you need to select and update it on monitoring and blood test to restore in health report.

How can health professionals access the health report?

Health professional needs to be registered with POTG and have your email address as well as access code (generated by you).

If I change my mind, can I stop health professionals from accessing health report?

Yes, you can delete the access code, and also access code will expire in 2 weeks. 

How will I know if health professionals have accessed health report?

You can see the doctor's name in view doctor's list.

How long can the health professional keep health record?

+

 Health professional can keep health record for maximum of 2 weeks.  

Can I use the same access code for different health professional?

No, you have to generate separate access code for each health professional. 

How can I see all of monitored data?

+

You have limited access on mobile app; however, you can access all monitored data on webpage. 

Can anyone else or health professional change health record?

+

No, it is your health record, and only you can change it. You should not share login details with anyone.
